About Clarisa Finizio, CPNP-PC
Clarisa grew up in Chicago and Minnesota. She has always enjoyed working with kids and grew up babysitting. Clarisa received her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2012 from North Park University in Chicago. She has worked in pediatrics her entire nursing career at the Mayo Clinic and Children’s Hospital Colorado. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Colorado Anschutz in 2020 to become a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, Clarisa enjoys being outside, skiing, working out, drinking coffee and spending time with her husband, Max and their son and two dogs.

Why I am a Pediatric Provider?
I chose to become a pediatric nurse practitioner because I have always enjoyed working with children and their families. Kids bring an excellent perspective to life and health. I want to work in primary care because it is a place where we can truly advocate and get to know families.
