At Pediatric West, we believe in providing consistent, informed, patient-centered healthcare and service to the families we serve.
Pediatrics West has been serving families since 2001, when several doctors joined forces to create a welcoming practice, where we could take our time with our patients and treat them as we would another member of our family.
Our goal is to partner with parents and families to encourage, teach, and provide health care that helps every child reach their full potential. We are strong advocates of immunizing children, educating parents, creating healthy practices, and partnering with the communities we serve.
The Right place for you
We have two locations for our families to choose from. A pediatric office in Littleton, CO, at C-470 and Bowles, and another pediatric office in Wheat Ridge on Exempla Lutheran Medical Center campus.
Our Littleton location has the advantage of a small town feel with all the resources of a large practice built in.
Growing with you
We provide care for children at every stage of their journey, from the newborn stage through the teen years. Our approach is personalized, and we’ve designed a healthcare system that allows our team to take the time to get to know your child as they grow.
We provide complete pediatric and adolescent care, including allergy injections, support for asthma, evaluation, and treatment related to developmental and behavioral concerns, and adolescent medicine including gynecologic care.
Hospital Information
We are associated with The Children’s Hospital Colorado, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Swedish Medical Center and SCL Lutheran Medical Center. We make every effort to match your child’s needs with the closest and most appropriate care for the situation.
We are affiliated with The Children’s Hospital hospitalist group as well as Pediatrix hospitalists to care for newborns and children that require in-patient hospital stays. Our electronic medical records system lets us closely monitor the care your child receives during hospitalization, allowing for seamless and timely follow-up.

Saturday Walk-in Clinic
We offer a Saturday Walk-In Clinic for current patients on most Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at our Wheat Ridge office. For holidays or flu clinics, we do not offer a Saturday clinic. Please check the top bar of our website for Saturday closures or call our office at (720) 284-3700.
